This material is training for those of you who want to be good at making improvement. Improvement is the process of a thing moving from one state to a state considered to be better, usually through some action intended to bring about that better state. A continual improvement is a part of improvement where the process is included an ongoing effort to improve products, services, or processes.
There is one tool that is useful in doing a continual improvement, that tool is PDCA. PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) is an iterative, four-stage approach for continually improving processes, products or services, and for resolving problems. It provides a simple and effective approach for solving problems and managing change.
